New Harmonised Classification & Labelling Intentions from ECHA by Nick Boley

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has announced 6 new Harmonised Classification and Labelling (C&L) proposals. These are listed on the ECHA website.
The substances listed, and the Member States submitting them are as follows:
Zinc phosphide (Germany);
Sulfoxaflor (Ireland);
Quizalofop-P-terfuryl (UK) – also under the Dangerous Substances Directive;
1-methylpyrrolidin-2-one (Netherlands) – also under the Dangerous Substances Directive;
Hymexazol (Finland); and
Flumioxazin (Czech Republic)
