Update to CLP Regulation Annex VI by Nick Boley

The European Commission has published Commission Regulation (EU) 618/2012 which amends, for the purposes of its adaptation to technical and scientific progress, Regulation (EC) 1272.2008 on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP Regulations). This is the 3rd adaptation to be published and comes into force on 1 December 2013.
16 new substances have been added to Annex VI of the Regulation:
trisodium hexafluoroaluminate
2-ethoxyethanol
tetrahydrofuran (THF)
2-(2-furyl)-1H-benzimidazole
di-tert-butyl peroxide
tris[2-chloro-1-chloromethyl)ethyl] phosphate
indium phosphide
trixylyl phosphate
tris(nonylphenyl) phosphite
diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide
2,3,5,6,9,10-hexabromocyclodecane
avermectin B1a
3-dodecyl-1,4-dioxo-1,4-dihydronaphthalen-2-yl acetate
4-tert-butylbenzoic acid
N,N,N’,N’-tetramethyl-4,4′-benzylidenedianiline (leucomalachite green)
2-chloro-N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-N-(1H-pyrazol-1-ylmethyl)acetamide (Metachlor)
